Budget Constraint Policy

When available funding cannot support all current students, Anjiro Initiative will reduce the student list in the following order:

1. Students who did not pass their classes.

2. Students lowest on the official sign‑up list.

3. Students who joined the program most recently.

4. Students in private schools, due to higher tuition costs, followed by students in public schools if additional reductions are required.
